Time and attendance that closes into a payroll file. Punch on a phone or tablet. Approve each day. Build the file your payroll imports. $4 per active user. Keep your payroll provider and bookkeeper. Replace the spreadsheet.

Jobs Firmhours is for

• Punch collection. People punch in on a phone (one tap) or a shared tablet (name + 4-digit PIN). Work sites can flag a punch from the wrong place. They never block it.
• Day approvals. Every punch is recorded as entered. Odd ones are flagged with the reason. A manager approves each day in one tap.
• Payroll hours file. Map your provider import columns once. Every payday export is one click. Hours write as decimals. Works with Gusto, RUN Powered by ADP, Paychex Flex, OnPay, QuickBooks Payroll, and generic hours CSVs.

When not to use Firmhours

Not a full payroll, HRIS, benefits, or accounting product. It does not run payroll or pay people. If you need those, keep your current stack and add Firmhours only for hours.
