Build your Gusto Smart Import file.
Map your provider's import columns once, by drag and drop: the order, headers and date style. Nothing is guessed for you. Simple formats take seconds; complex ones a few minutes. Save it, and every payday export is one click. Each payday, close the period, download the file and drop it into Gusto Smart Import. We don't claim a Gusto integration.
Before your first payday: check that Smart Import is available on Pay → Run payroll → Import payroll data.
How the file is made
